Cancellation Policy:

Please call 24 hours in advance of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.

Insurance:

If your insurance plan will re-imburse for acupuncture treatments, Melissa will provide you with a properly coded receipt, submittable to insurance providers. 

In addition, many employers offer the option of flex-spend accounts  which very commonly will reimburse for acupuncture treatments. Melissa will provide the necessary documentation for  quick reimbursement.
